Dwarf Cook

Here's my latest artwork, which is a product of character illustration workshops with outstanding duo - Even Amundsen and Mike Azevedo.

So the idea behind this one was combining some stereotypical characters - in this case a dwarf cook, who's also a traveller. As I wonder a dwarven chief would have a very specific approach to making dishes - he would treat it as a very delicate and precise art, like jewelry or watchmaking. He very well organised, so he carries arround few big pockets in his long beard, in which he keeps his proffesional tools - spoons, kives, forks and other cutlery. The location of his tools in the beard becomes very handy, he can reach a very specific tool needed in any moment.

On his back he's carrying a mobile kitchen, a container that could be used as a table, sink, oven, fireplace, a chest for pots and spices, any purpose needed actually. When it's used - it stands on collapsible legs.
